Perhaps they will now try to rebuild secondary and higher education and again provice the necessary support to people with disabilities.

I certainly hope so (and I hope they restore funding to public libraries, as well). At any rate, the chances of these things happening are a lot better with Jerry Brown than with Arnold or Meg...
