midweek

We've got broiling weather and fire(s), to the point that I'm grateful to be in my air-conditioned office, but hoping the Garage Kitty has found someplace non-sweltering and non-ashy to spend the day. I've been reading/listening to a lot of interesting tributes to Ted Kennedy.

I'm still working on chapter 16, though I should be able to finish it this weekend.
