There have been a few trips to the clinic, but the woman's always backed out at the last minute. Sometime in the eighties there were references to Bobbie's past abortions (back when she was a hooker), and that those were why she had to have a hysterectomy...
And yes, the scenes between Luke and Lulu have been so marvelous. She really brings out the best in him, and that's saying a lot.
