I knew about Molly Jong-Fast when she was a child, and then I knew nothing about her until suddenly she was a wonderful journalist!
You're the only other person I know to ever mention reading Fanny. I haven't read it since 1983 or so, but it seems like a book that could have an enthusiastic audience now, if people knew to read it.
