BPAL review: The Red Queen

The Red Queen: "Deep mahogany and rich, velvety woods lacquered with sweet, black-red cherries and currant."
Since my big favorite BPAL scents have been Mad Tea Party scents (White Rabbit, Two Five and Seven, and the Queen of Hearts), I had expected to love this.
In vial: Cherry cough drops. Ugh.
Wet: Definitely cherry cough drops! (I'm guessing this is caused by the mix of mahogany and cherry.) Not good.
Dry: The cherry AND mahogany are gone, replaced by a pleasant woodsy scent, but so faint I can barely discern it. Oh well...
Back to chapter 21.
But first, a photo of Delia and the gorilla!
