Tillie Olsen

How did I miss that Tillie Olsen died? Her book Silences meant a lot to me when I was in my late teens. I know I saw her at least twice at UCLA around that time, including an amazing reading of "Tell Me a Riddle" that I will never forget. Despite her relative lack of prolificity, she was such an important writer and thinker.
