my 2019 publications
Dec. 31st, 2019 01:36 pmshort fiction
"The Paper Doll Golems" (reprint from my collection People Change) in Cossmass Infinities (issue 1, January 2020, but my story went up in December)
poetry
"Miss Ambivalence" and "you've entered the twilight zone" in The Cascadia Subduction Zone (Vol. 9 No. 1, 2019)
"for I will consider my monster" in Through the Gate (May 1, 2019)
"pomegranate ink" in Dreams and Nightmares (112)
"what's the matter with" in The Cascadia Subduction Zone (Vol. 9 No. 3, 2019)
This was another challenging year for me, health-wise. My recovery from vertigo continues to be a work in progress, but I did make it to WisCon, Readercon, and World Fantasy. I wrote some fiction and poetry, and I'm particularly pleased to have sold four works of fiction this year (a novelette and three reprint stories).
Of course, it's been another tough year for the country. But I don't think a year ago I expected impeachment to happen, so there's that.
