summer in my apartment

gwynnegaI am not enjoying having a broken A/C. The weather's pretty pleasant outside, but this apartment sure retains the heat. Hope the repair guy fixes it on Monday.
However, I now have a beautiful summer haircut courtesy of my Genius Hairdresser Kim. I have so much less weight on my shoulders--a wonderful feeling. Tomorrow will be Henna Day (and much less arduous than it would have been if I still had All That Hair).
I just got back from Trader Joe's, where I bought some of their delicious panko breaded chicken for dinner. After dinner, there will be noveling. Plus I'm watching Dark Shadows (Barnabas and Julia are still stuck in 1995!) and reading Claudia Gray's YA vampire novel Stargazer (the sequel to Evernight).
