virtual Friday
Apr. 22nd, 2010 03:00 pmIt's my virtual Friday, with a busy three-day weekend ahead that includes Henna Day and a Carolyn Edwards gig on Saturday and the LA Times Festival of Books on Sunday. (The Festival of Books is Sat-Sun, and I would gladly go both days if not for the drive.) The weather is unseasonably chilly, and I hope the Garage Kitty is keeping warm somehow.
I've been chipping away at the Alfred and the Vampire Suffragette story, and working on a poem. Meanwhile I miss Jo and Cyn and Martin (and I think Alfred is feeling a bit insulted about that!). I'm going through another Peter Hammill-Van der Graaf Generator phase, though I'm never really NOT in a PH-VdGG phase. So here is a bit of Hammill. Proto-punk FTW!
