new Not One of Us

gwynnegaA highlight of this pandemically stressful day: my copy of Not One of Us #63 arrived in the mail! It includes my story "The Two Mrs. Mansfields" as well as work by Sonya Taaffe, Jennifer Crow, Alexandra Seidel, and others. I'm looking forward to reading the whole thing.
It occurred to me today that my mood today resembles my mood immediately after Trump's election. The horror of it, the fear I had that this guy was going to get us all killed. It's not that that feeling ever really went away in the years following the election. But that terror of a genuine crisis with this utterly inadequate person in charge...well, here we are. Fortunately there are governors and mayors and other people in office who I think are up to the task. But that doesn't make this moment any less awful.
